PET POLICY
-North Loon Cabin Co is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

➝ A signed rental agreement and safely screening is required to book with us.

➝ Dock and water toy installation and removal are seasonal and based on weather conditions. If you have any questions about when these amenities will be put in or taken out, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
