Bright and open 3 bed 2 bath home on quite Adney Lake. Located 15 minutes north of Crosby and 10 minutes east of Crosslake. Amazing water clarity 17 ft plus.

3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8 per the Crow Wing county permit.

Path to the lake/dock through some natural wetlands. (Wetland is only wet typically in early spring but depends on run/snow melt)

Flat lot with easy lake access summer or winter! Swimming in summer is best further out on the lake. Our shoreline currently is weedy (not hard sand). We do swim with water shoes off the raft but prefer out on the lake off the boat (boat is not included). There is soft muck at the lakeshore. To be clear: Swimming off the boat is best the lakeshore is soft muck/weeds but usable.

Trails for ATVs or snowmobiles are1.5 miles away. They will take you to Crosslake/Emily and beyond.

We have movies, games, bags, poker chips, charcoal grill (limited charcoal provided) and two fire pits to make for a relaxing weekend. Also available for summer use are: 2 large kayaks, 2 kid kayaks, paddle board and a swim mat.

High speed wifi (100mb+) and have smart TVs in each room. Direct Stream is available to give you access to live tv (Ballys Sports is included) Other apps like Apple TV and Disney might be logged in if they do not get logged out. If you have providers feel free to add them while at the home.

Pet friendly with a dog under 50 lbs. Please keep off furniture. Pet fee required. Please clean up after your pet.

Amazing mountain bike trails 15 minutes away in Crosby MN. Great restaurants in Crosslake, Crosby and Emily.
