The Fillmore - Historic Indian Rocks Beach Cottage with private pool

In 1946, this island cottage was the first two story building built in the surrounding neighborhood. There is a 1940’s era photo of this cottage proudly displayed in our local firehouse. The property has been lovingly restored: a large private swimming pool and sundeck tucked behind a palm frond hedge await your arrival. The Fillmore presents a quiet neighborhood setting located only one block from the beach. You can walk the short block or drive and park at the 12th Avenue beach access located on Gulf Blvd.

We provide bikes, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. This two story home has great walkability, providing easy access to nearby seafood restaurants, pubs and island shops. Several nature parks are within a short walk and community parks offer tennis, basketball, skateboarding, baseball and large playgrounds. Enjoy living like a local. In total The Fillmore comfortably sleeps eight guests. It is perfect for multigenerational parties due to the fact that the downstairs is a fully self contained one bedroom, one bath suite separated from the three bedroom, one bath upstairs suite by an enclosed and secure stairwell.
