Blue Spruce Retreat

This home has just been completely renovated in the summer of 2023. Our family enjoys retreating to the Poconos to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. There is always something memorable to do near Arrowhead Lakes, no matter the time of year. Enjoying the lake is one of our favorite things to do and you cannot beat the location we offer! Mid-late Spring offers warming temperatures and beautiful golfing or horseback riding opportunities. In the Summer, enjoy your own private lake front shore line or enjoy one of the community's 3 pools or 4 beaches. The Fall foliage is absolutely gorgeous and year round the hiking and biking trails are endless. A wine tasting at one of the local wineries is great way to bring everyone together! Whether recharging in nature or reconnecting with family and friends, the Poconos has something for everyone.

When the day's activities come to an end, retreat to Blue Spruce for some R&R. Every room in the house has been arranged for good use. Kids will enjoy the Game room which includes: Foosball, Pool table, and XBOX. Cooks will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen. Sports fans can follow all their favorite tournaments on ESPN in the living room. The open concept kitchen facilitates interactions without interruptions. The back deck gathers friends and family around the firepit or BBQ meal. Linens and towels are included as well as basic essentials like toilet paper, hand soap and dish detergent. Guest will want to familiarize themselves with the full list of amenities and we are available to answer any questions.

*Please note, the house is located in a gated community with 3 pools, 4 beaches, tennis courts, baskeball courts, playgrounds, ect. The community charges an amenity fee from renters. Fees must be paid at least 14 days before arrival: $20 gatecard fee per vechicle (up to for 4 vehicles can be registered); $6 per day per person temporary member fee (ages 6+).
