Highlights: Beach Ball Properties Rentals (Mary Francis) outstanding customer service; ice maker; excellent laundry appliances; condo was super spacious; grill; and hot tub were A and made our vacation experience a 5 star stay!Opportunities: new sofa sleeper; updated patio furniture; garbage disposal and better cleaning crew (garbage disposal sink was left unclean and a used bar soap was found in shower).

We stayed Fourth of July week and the view of the fireworks were amazing. The condo was very spacious. Hot tub was awesome. The rooms were very spacious. Communication was great.

Paradise at the beach.

We had five grandchildren ages 16-18. We were concerned about keeping them entertained. No problem! There was plenty to do on the property grounds for everyone. Their favorite was the lazy river and hot tub. The condo was clean and very beautiful. All the appliances were top quality and worked perfectly. I can't say enough about how attentive Beach Ball was to our booking. We felt like we were their only reservation.

Disappointed

Expected so much better from Turquoise Place, especially since the price was so expensive. We arrived about 10 minutes before check in time and we told we would not be allowed into our rental unit even 1 minute before 4pm. We knew check in was 4pm but they couldn't even budge 10 minutes. They said they had to do a pre check in inspection to.make sure everything was perfect. But it was far from perfect. It was dirty, more than half of the lights had missing or burned out light bulbs. The toilet paper holders and towel hooks in every bathroom were all loose and some barely hanging on. There were food crumbs and dust everywhere. There were smart tvs but we couldn't get any of them to work properly. The towels and wash cloths were stained and worn put. The bed sheets had stains too. The kitchen had almost no cookware and what was there wasn't fit to use. So much for the pre check in inspection. What a joke. The elevators were slow. The reception desk employees were rude and we won't be staying there again. It is very unfortunate because it could really be a five-star racial work if all of the amenities were working well and everything wasn't so worn out and run down. Unfortunately we won't be staying there again.

All of our needs and expectations were met. The ice maker by the wet bar has a bunch of mold on the inside of the door, that was disgusting and less than ideal. Hence, We did not use the ice maker. The sofa bed in the living room area was not cleaned, seemingly at all. When we unfolded it for the kids to sleep on, it was full of popcorn kernels and uneaten popcorn. Also less than ideal.

Unit was clean, Turquoise location and amenities were top tier. Only negative is that the door leading to the balcony with the hot tub did not have a latch to keep it shut which made us nervous with two little kids.

Fantastic condo on the beach!

Had a great time for our spring break on Orange Beach! This condo is top notch. Three huge rooms, all with king beds! Just steps from the beach and a quick drive to all other stores in case you need/forget items! Would definitely come back!

Beautifully accented 3 BR condo with 3.5 baths, and a hot tub on the balcony led to a very relaxed getaway from the constant routine of home responsibilities. We loved the cleanliness and quiet throughout! We hope to come back next year

Another Great Stay

We enjoyed another great stay at Turquoise Place 705C. The unit is well furnished and has a nicely equipped kitchen. We appreciated the availability of the various cookware and the Keurig coffeemaker. The condo is beginning to show its age. The cushions on many of the seating options need replacing as they are not as supportive. These little nits were noted, but did not affect the quality of the visit.
