1007 Whitewashed Harbor Residency

Unit 1007 is a deluxe one-bedroom condo, situated in the middle of 10th floor, offering guests some of the most optimal ocean views. Two separate sitting balconies, furnished with polywood rockers and tables, are the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the ocean.

This condo was completely remodeled in 2022: New open floor plan concept with vinyl wood flooring throughout, fresh paint, new baseboards, new crown molding, and new lighting offer a fresh, bright space.

All furniture in the unit is new and updated as well. The master bedroom has two beautiful queen beds and a long dresser for plenty of storage. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleep space if needed. Both the living and master have new smart TVs, which allow guests to connect to their favorite entertainment apps: Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Phone charging station also available in bedroom with hook up for USB and lightening cables.

The kitchen has been fully updated with new stainless appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, and stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals in your home away from home.

The bathroom has been fully renovated with a beautiful glass, walk in shower, new vanity with quartz counter, and new toilet. Hairdryer and makeup mirror are available for guests use.

Wonderfully relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently visited The Galvestonian and stayed in 1007 Whitewashed Harbor. The condo itself was clean and decorated in relaxing colors and not too much extra decor to clutter up the space. The kitchen had everything one could imagine making ones stay easy if they wanted to stay in and cook, except for groceries of course. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and plush. The property was well taken care of and felt like I was staying in a upscale resort. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of exploring the island and having access to the mostly empty beach was a dream. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of the town to jump in the car and go, but nice and relaxing if you just wanted to stay at the beach and condo and enjoy the solitude. We had to extend our stay for one day due to unforeseen circumstances and luckily the condo was not booked and the staff was very understanding and helpful to make that happen. I will definitely be back as soon as I can!

Welcome respite before holiday rush

As for the property, I think they really need to re-vamp their fitness room. The size is fine, but really need to repair some equipment.
