On the first floor, the PRIMARY BEDROOM has an enticing king-size bed that’s surrounded by crisp white shiplap walls. The spacious ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM includes a walk-in shower and a lavish double vanity sink. The second GUEST BEDROOM also has a king-size bed with an upholstered headboard, plus built-in storage with entertainment space, and glass French doors leading outside to the courtyard.

Climb the inviting staircase to the second level, where the wide open and welcoming GREAT ROOM boasts soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, and lots of fresh Florida sunshine flowing inside from the terrace. The comfy sofas and armchairs sit in front of a massive HDTV and cozy whitewashed fireplace. Outside through the glass doors, the second-floor TERRACE overlooks the bustling Western Green below and allows for stunning views of the aquamarine waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

Back inside, the custom GOURMET KITCHEN is surrounded by custom cabinetry that’s been finished with a soothing, appropriate nautical blue. Even the massive double refrigerator matches this lovely hue. Additional deluxe appliances include a top-of-the-line gas range, an in-drawer microwave, and an ultra-efficient dishwasher.
