Thank you for considering My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental) for your upcoming trip to the Poconos. I have owned and been hosting people at homes in this resort community since 2011. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have managed thousands of reservations and have gained the expertise to offer a relaxing retreat for both your group, and pets.

I use this home often and have designed it to my personal tastes and to meet my needs. Having seen, owned, listed, and sold, many properties in the area, I know how similar they can be to one another. I wanted something that was "my own", and I feel I have achieved that with this space. From the light fixtures to the kitchen faucet, I have tried to select pieces to make the space truly different and unique. I'd love to share the space with you and hope you will find it as relaxing and enjoyable as I do while there.

AMENITIES SCHEDULE: (2025)
--Starting May 24, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 14, 2025 to September 1, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 2, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The beach can still be accessed for boating and kayaking.
