This condo is brand new to the rental program, however this is not the hosts first time with a vacation rental so you will be well taken care of during your stay!

At Serenity on the Sound you will be staying in a gated community in this second floor condo.

This beautifully remodeled 1,845 sq. ft. Bayfront condo, with a private entrance, is located on Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couples’ getaways. This large, welcoming living space offers plenty of those vacation vibes you’ve been dreaming of. We invite you to kick back and relax at Serenity on the Sound.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (stand in shower). The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (stand in shower). There is a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) There are balconies off the master bedroom and living room for your enjoyment. Watch boat traffic and even dolphins from your balcony.

For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Palm Court Yacht Club is within walking distance via the boardwalk to beach access, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf course. (Walk to beach access is approx. a 6-8 minute walk from our condo)

Palm Court Yacht Club is clean, quiet, family-friendly, and centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach! Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach is minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles) and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort-Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily!

This condo is also conveniently located near the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier & Boardwalk, The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force & Hurlburt Bases, and more!

House Rules:
- Check-in starts at 4 pm.
- Check-out is at 10 am.
- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- There are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed.
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
- Beach chair service is NOT included with this rental, we do supply a box with some items for guest use.
-Property does have a camera doorbell, this camera is not monitored 24/7, only in the case of an emergency.
