A .25 miles to Follins Pond Beach area and boat ramp. Here, you can launch your boat or kayak and has free parking! You can cruise out on Follins Pond to boater's beach or access the open ocean.

THE SPACE
This home, named The Cozy Cottage, features a floor plan that is perfect for small families or couples seeking a Cape Cod getaway with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 700 square feet of living space.

Kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, electric range, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans for cooking & baking and all the utensils so you can make yourself right at home.

Enjoy your meals or board games on the dining table in the sunroom. (We will be updating a picture of the new dining room soon)

Living room has a sectional couch and coffee table and 2 poufs for extra seating. We have board games, playing cards, puzzles and a 45'' Flat Screen smart TV. Closet in the bunk bedroom has vacuum, broom and swifter wet mop.

Guests have access to the full cottage at The Cozy Cottage, the backyard, porch and grilling area. The driveway makes parking a breeze and can accommodate up to two vehicles.

9 minutes (4mi) to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Cape, Mayflower. If you want to catch the sunset get there early enough and grab some subs or pizzas from Pettersons on the way.

5 Minutes from Patriots Square with some shopping and food and market. 25 minute drive to the quaint town of Chatham for shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes to 28 in Yarmouth for mini golf, go carts, Dairy Queen, restaurants and so much more. 20 minute drive to Downtown Hyannis & the Hyannis Mall. 60 minutes to Providence Town. The Cozy Cottage is close to everything, yet out of the congestion.

PARKING
The driveway provides parking for up to two cars. If you need additional parking, you may park 1-2 additional cars along the front of The Cozy Cottage on the street. We recommend limited parking on the street as this is a residential neighborhood and cars need to be able to get by.

SECURITY

To help secure The Cozy Cottage, and for you and your guest’s security, the front door and the parking areas contain outward facing, Ring camera and/or lighting systems. We want our Guests and The Cozy Cottage to be as safe as possible.

SMOKING & DRUGS

No smoking is permitted inside The Cozy Cottage. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but guests must use provided ash receptacles. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. There is an additional $500 smoking cleaning fee if any scents of smoke are within the house.

No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at The Cozy Cottage.
