From the moment we drove up to this absolutely charming Cape Cod home we were greeted by the arch harbor, which set the house off as exactly what you would want to see any harbor town like Cape Cod. Then we opened the front door and was even better the vaulted ceilings with skylights the bead board the trim work the brand new windows were really nice with screens so I’m sure and fall is probably nice to open up those windows and the door going to the patio which I will speak more about a little bit later. From the great room, you were open to the kitchen that has a little bar area with bar stools the kitchen is equipped with what you need. There is a window that views the backyard from the kitchen sink, which is so scenic and the h hydragreas will just absolutely knock you out, they are the blue blue and the purple. I don’t even know it’s some sort of hydrangeas but it’s a different species. There are two bedrooms on the first floor so anybody that is handicap or really has a hard time with steps doesn’t have to climb the steps and then there are two additional bedrooms upstairs as well with a bath up there in between the front room, which is a entertainment room with a special table that is so fun for adults and kids sets it off and the Stone your place is an added asset, probably especially in the winter time when the fire can be lit. The backyard is delightful and has a shed with lawn chairs in it and a couple of other things. Thos is a terrific place to build memories.
