This creatively converted warehouse loft apartment is 2000 sqft and can sleep 12+ guests. Huge kitchen, large bathroom with jet tub living room, and 2 large bedrooms (with 2 queen and 2 twin beds in each). Access to our warehouse game room includes an additional full kitchen & bathroom, lounge space, pool table, ping pong, darts, TVs, and dining area. Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include a main floor lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces.

This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, it is probably not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or the elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not accept reservations from groups or guests under the age of 26. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay. Guest fee is $60.00 per night with minimum rates. Visitors are not allowed. Any local Guests who misrepresent their intentions will result in a reservation cancellation without refund.

We offer Event Space for nearly every type of gathering. All event space rental requests must provide a detailed description of your plans that include:
1) The approximate total number of people attending your event?
2) Hours of event?
3) How many of the group will spend the night, if any?
4) Any special accommodations?
5) No confetti in or around the property.
