Enjoy easy access to nearby golf, horseback riding, hiking trails, kayaking, great restaurants, family fun and the historic downtown districts of the Southern Pines area—just two minutes up the road!
The space
Make yourself at home, whether you are on a weekend getaway or settling in for a longer stay. Built in 2022, this new construction two-level home has fantastic modern amenities. It’s located less than 15 minutes from the world-renowned Pinehurst Resort (scheduled host of the 2024 PGA U.S. Open Golf Championship), making New Pines Retreat a fantastic base for all your adventures.

You’re going to have a great time here! Everything about this home is a breath of fresh air. The furnishings and décor are stylish, inviting and kick-your-shoes-off comfortable. The spacious living areas and large bedrooms feature warm neutrals, ceiling fans, lots of natural light and all the essentials for your visit. There’s a cushy couch and a big TV in the great room, indoor and outdoor dining areas plus a well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a Keurig coffee station.

The enormous main bedroom has a queen bed, a huge walk-in closet and a private, spa-like bath with an oversized shower and dual-basin vanity. Guest room one includes a queen bed and a nook with a convenient desk—just in case you want to set up your laptop. The second guest room has a twin-over-full bunkbed. Room darkening shades help to ensure everybody gets a good night’s sleep. New Pines Retreat offers even more items from your list of must-haves: Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, air conditioning, pack-and-play/travel crib, books and reading materials, and a backyard with private deck.

Free driveway parking on premises (2 spaces) and additional free parking available on the street.
The driveway is a little rough, so you are welcome to park along the street, if preferred.
Other things to note
~For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of necessities such as paper products, laundry and dish detergents and trash bags. Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.

~ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask that all of our guests treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

~While registered guests will enjoy spending time together at the property, gatherings, events or parties of any type or size are not permitted. If you have questions, please message hosts BEFORE confirming your reservation.
