It was our second stay here and we are coming back next year. It is well equipped, modern unit with great kitchen and laundry room. The neighborhood is surprisingly calm with very friendly people.The beach, groceries, restaurants places are 10 min. away by car. The beach is clean and safe with big resort nearby (where you would find food, drinks and spotless bathrooms). Big thing for me - no stray dogs running around on the beach. So, overall I highly recommend this place.

New house exactly like the pictures. It is not located where it was indicated on the map. We got the exact address only at the check-in time. If you have a car, the location is ok but for everybody else, it is a difficult access. It is not close to any bus, and no taxis pass on that street or in that area. It is located in a brand new residential area with no grocery, restaurant or beach access in the area. You need to walk 1-2 km with your bags/luggage’s to grab a taxi.

Spacious first floor living are and kitchen. Very good kitchen with new appliances. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms - clean! Away from town but close to everything

Good family vacation

We stayed for 3 weeks. Had wonderful time. The place has plenty of space for two parents and two teenagers (17 and 19). Management was prompt and extremely helpful with any questions/problems It is peaceful and safe neighborhood. Will definitely come again.

Property overall was nice. Communication with the host was excellent. Kitchen was nice as well. Suggestions would be a bigger bed, a TV in the 2nd bedroom. Also an end table on both sides of the bed would be helpful and a shelf in the tub to hold your soap and shampoo. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again. These changes would make it great.

To put it in words marvelous

The property is extremely clean and welcoming. There were even card games for us to play during relaxation time. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary needs to cook and clean. The laundry was also a beautiful addition. The hospitality staff whom we’ve communicated with our entire trip Jasmine, was extremely helpful and nice, coming from out of state she was able to help us navigate our trip from food services to car rentals truly making our stay relaxing and stress-free at its best! I will absolutely be staying here again, hopefully with more friends and family as there is enough space to easily fit one.

Beautiful, completely updated townhome

We spent two nights at this very nice home. It is very comfortable with nice appliances, furniture and finishings everywhere. There’s a space to park, which makes that easy. The unfortunate aspect of this home for us was that it is not located near where it is shown on the map. If you know where the sites are that are mentioned in the write-up, you might be able to triangulate where it might be, but don’t go by the map. The home is more than 2 miles inland in a very suburban neighborhood. This seems to be a new subdivision, as there is not yet a street name, no sidewalks, and lots of open lots and some construction. (No noise while we were there.) It does not appear that you can walk anywhere, so you either need a car or call for taxis. Minimum taxi price we encountered for a trip was 30.00, so doing anything outside the house has a descent travel cost. For us, learning to drive on the opposite side of the car and the opposite side of the road was a challenge made harder by the lack of road lines inland. It gets dark early, and there are not many street lights, so this adds another challenge for living so far inland. With a taxi it took us an hour from the house to Montagu bay or beach at 8am, due to traffic. Keep this in mind. Our earlier stay along the coast had many advantages, we found. Location, location, location. That said, the house is extremely comfortable!Make sure to bring hand soap and beach towels.
