Panorama ist eine einzigartig am Meer gelegene Villa, nur 2 Autominuten vom Cable Beach, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt! Panorama wurde für diejenigen entwickelt, die den Komfort eines großen Resorts suchen, sich jedoch die ultimative Privatsphäre und Freiheit wünschen, die Eigentumswohnungsanlagen oder Hotels NICHT bieten. Ja, zögern Sie nicht, alles bei Panorama abzuhängen! Ihre Gruppe wird diese schöne Villa am Meer bewohnen, die auf einem 1/4-Morgen-Privatgrundstück liegt. Der große private Garten erstreckt sich vom modernen Wohn- und Essbereich bis zum warmen türkisblauen Wasser der Bahamas. Panorama bietet sehr bequem Platz für bis zu 14 Personen und Ihre Gruppe ist herzlich eingeladen, zu feiern, sich zu entspannen und die abenteuerliche Felslandschaft, die wunderschöne Lagune, die nur eingeschränkten Zugang zur Öffentlichkeit bietet, und den nahe gelegenen Strand Delaporte (2-3 Minuten zu Fuß außerhalb des Grundstücks) zu genießen. Die täglichen Sonnenuntergänge bei Panorama sind atemberaubend und es ist extrem einfach, stundenlang zu schnorcheln, da sich das einladende Riff hinter Panorama über Tausende Quadratmeter auf dem blauen Meeresboden erstreckt. Very clean, great air conditioning (controllable to different temperatures in each room, which is helpful). Secure (property is gated) and walkable to bars and restaurants, plus a great beach. Highly recommend Lamont, a driver with a sprinter van, kept luggage for us, punctual and great knowledge of the area. Would absolutely stay again.

Like being in your own personal resort. Great Lounge area, plenty of space to have communal meals( 9 of us). Had access to personal driver, Lemonte, and chef Denaldo. Snorkeling directly from property and great sea glass hunting at beach. Far enough away of hustle bustle and traffic downtown but only minimal drive to get everywhere. Great experience and the Oasis Ocean 7 boat charter was fantastic.

The oceanfront location is phenomenal. There is actual caves you can crawl through and reach the limestone cliffs that meet the sea. The waves crash and spay you at high tide. It is completely private, but you can walk across the limestone to a chill public beach, where locals play basketball, run their dogs, fish and play with their kids. The choices of great food within walking distance include fresh fish, sushi, sports bars, burger shacks, and very good coffee. We have never stayed at the same vacation home twice, but I could be tempted to go back.

Beautiful vacation getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at the house and it is an amazing relaxing property. They set us up with a driver for large groups (we had 16 total with other families staying nearby) and were very receptive to our needs. Party of 16 with family and friends. Had such a good time staying and Panorama. Wish we would have booked longer here than going over to Atlantis. Well stocked kitchen, no spices though. Bathrooms in all the bedroom but 2. Lots of space. Outdoor area was amazing. You can swim and snorkel right from the front yard. The driver Lamont was amazing, he went out of his way to make sure we got around the island. He was definitely a highlight to our trip. Thank you for having us, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family spot

As a family of six that stayed a week we loved the place. The layout is unique with plenty of bedrooms and beds. The lagoon area, ocean access and pool were amazing. Walking distance to Sandyport shops and dining. Lamont (driver) and Denaldo (chef) were both great. We’d happily go back and do it all over again.

Dealing with Manager and all his suggested contacts (shuttle, chef, maintenance) were all excellent with their work and contacting. House in general was difficult getting use to; where stairs are located and how they are built at angles, stairs and loft areas how to negotiate, find switches and what they controlled, etc.

Outstanding!

Me and 6 friends stayed at this beautiful ocean front villa and we will forever remember the great times we had here. Do not hesitate to book! Communication with Errol was quick and easy. His chef recommendation was incredible! His tour recommendation was also amazing. Everything about this place was excellent. The rooms were clean, plenty of space, the air conditioning was great in every single room. No complaints at all! We will definitely recommend friends and family to book with Errol in the future.

The property was exactly like what the photo's show on VRBO. The house was very spaciou. The driver (Lamont) was fabulous! This trip was very memorable! Suggestion - pick up lobster from the vendor that is located near the house (best lobster we've ever had), take public transportation when you can. We met a lot of wonderful, friendly locals during our exursions. Visit Breef and go snorkling (yes, this is the correct spelling) and see the large sculpures under water. Charter a deep sea fishing excursion it was amazing!

Awesome place

Beautiful view of the ocean! We had a family of 10 (all adults) and the house was large enough to accommodate all of us very well. The owner was very nice and was very helpful getting us reservations with our boat tours. Our driver Errol recommended (Mr.Nixon) was very knowledgeable of the island and where to go and what to do. He was on time to pick us up each and Every time. I would highly recommend using Mr Nixon for transport… it was very private place but could go to the resorts and spend the day there and then return back to house for peace and quite. If you are looking for a true Bahamas experience this is the spot to go! Thank you to Errol and Mr. Nixon for a wonderful time!

This review is very surprising as in person you were very appreciative and raved about how nice the property was. You also thanked me daily for how I was going above and beyond for your group. I normally charge an event fee for weddings and additional guest However those fees were waived just for you. Each day you used my home as a head quarters for your additional family and friends who stayed at the neighboring homes with 20 plus guest on premises regularly without us charging you anything extra. On your arrival date you also requested a pig roast and I dropped all of my other business affairs to pay the deposit out of pocket to get that going for your family. At the end of the day your entire group expressed how amazing the pig roast was. At the last minute you also requested a wedding officiator so I called in a favor to make that happen for you in less than 24 hours. You asked if the neighbors mind the loud music at night from your group and I made sure they gave you a pass on that. You were loaned my personal large cooler and your group was brought many large bags of ice (which we didn’t have to do) a few times to keep your parties going. Lastly upon your departure the tons of cases of beers and garbage left behind by your group was tremendous and we had to take two truck loads to the dump. Truth is your group had an amazing time and a great experience and we wish you made mention of that in your review. Nonetheless we wish your group all the best.

Fun and convenient location for large groups

A big group of us stayed at the property to celebrate a friend’s wedding nearby. The location was perfect, the property was as described, and Errol was a very responsive host via WhatsApp. We were able to secure an early check-in and a slightly later check-out, despite our stay being bookended by other guests. A couple of things to note: the water pressure is low, so be mindful when doubling up on showers; using the drivers that Errol connects you with is wise because not every cab driver knows where the property is, and it doesn’t have a street address. Errol is easiest to get in touch with via WhatsApp - I would start there immediately, rather than messaging via VRBO. There is only one set of keys provided so if you’re coming with a big group, make a plan so you don’t inadvertently end up locked out! All in all, a fun spot with an exquisite view, in a beautiful location. Thanks, Errol!

The Villa was a great place for a peaceful retreat, and have lots of fun as a family.

Our family converged on the Villa to celebrate my youngest son's 30th Birthday! We enjoyed our time together and had lots of fun! Thank you Errol and Dannon. I'm sure if we needed it, Dario could surely have assisted us to arrange whatever we would have needed. Everything seemed to flow well and we appreciated the extra help that we got at the end of our stay when we couldn't go home due to snow storm Jonas. I think that the Villa offered a little bit of everything for everyone. We also liked that we were close to the bus line and could grab that into town whenever we needed it. Having adult children that wanted to do different things at different times, the bus gave everyone that freedom. I would recommend this wonderful vacation home to anyone for any occasion!!

Weekend stay at Panorama

I highly recommend staying at Panorama Villa, the ocean front space is absolutely beautiful. My entire family was able to fit perfectly and everyone enjoyed the property. We cooked family dinners some nights, and were happy to find plenty of dishware for cooking and serving. The host, Errol, was very friendly and easy to work with. He also had the caretaker, Stanley, welcome us upon arrival to show us the place and provide check-in instructions. Stanley was also a phone call away whenever we had questions. Lastly, I’ll share that I also used the space for my wedding! I had the vision of a backyard wedding and actually read through previous reviews on here where others discussed having small weddings at Panorama. I also saw pictures on Instagram of those weddings and was totally sold on the idea. So not only is this an amazing spot to stay for vacation, but to host events as well!

Wonderful stay!

I booked this property for my 30th birthday and it was the best decision. The house has the most amazing view and a pretty large plunge pool that is bigger than the pictures make it seem, so we all for comfortably. The public beach was super close and there was hardly anyone there so it felt private. The location was great and we were able to walk to multiple quality restaurants and even a little store for random things like beer, coffee, toothpaste, etc. There is also is a grocery store close by. Lamont (driver), Sid (house manager) and Errol (owner) were all responsive professional and helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. They answered questions for us months in advance so that we could plan ahead. We went to the Baha Mar resort for a couple of hours and were so lucky to head back to our quiet and private oasis. I would recommend this property based off cleanliness, location, and overall experience. Thank you to the staff that took such great care of us!

A beautiful location!

We had our family vacation at Panorama and it was simply awesome! The views and the water were spectacular. We kayaked, snorkeled, fished, played bball nearby, had a bonfire, and hung out in the pool. So much marine life to be seen! And the house had plenty of bedrooms, full baths, hot water, and towels. Mr. Lover tended to any question or need we had at the house. And Lamont was so helpful all week, driving us all over the island. Capt Sid hooked us up with kayaks and paddleboards. Please know that there is no snorkel or beach gear at the house and kayaks are an extra charge. Our only bad experience was with Chef D… we do not recommend him. He was way overpriced, forgot half our menu, and served a shellfish dish after I told him our son had a severe shellfish allergy. We had to pay 600 incl a 20% gratuity and a 20% Chef fee for 6 people upfront and only got 3 dishes… no bread, apps, beverages, vegetables, or dessert. A complete ripoff. Aside from that stressful evening, the rest of the week was amazing and the nearby restaurants were excellent. We highly recommend Solemar… spectacular views… go for the happy hour from 4-6 daily. And Lamont took us to Legacy Deck at the Fish Fry area… delicious!! A beautiful island with friendly people!

Look No Further!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOUSE

First of all, this is the most amazing house right on the beach with a private heated pool and private beach! The area is safe! We walked to the grocery store and caught the bus into town several times with no problems at all and super cheap. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Atlantis is only 15 minutes away, downtown was only 10 minutes away and the bus ride was so much fun! The locals know how to have a good time :) All of the surrounding restaurants were affordable and fantastic ambiance. I was greeted at the airport with the sweetest guys ever and had the best bachelorette party anyone could ask for. They were very accommodating and provided us with anything we needed from transportation to groceries. I will be back again very soon! I look forward to booking this incredible villa again. The pictures do not do it justice so if you are hesitant in book this villa don't be!! Look no further!!!

Wonderful family stay at Panorama Villa

We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay at Panorama Villa. Our family consisted of 5 adults, 15 year old and 11 yr old. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, especially outside, it really is what makes this home so special. If you love to wake up to the sound of the waves crashing outside this place is for you. I can never get bored of that sound, or the endless hours watching the ocean. Your own private hideaway. The master bedroom is huge, and leads out to more outdoor space. Each room is nice on its own merits. We were all comfortable and never felt on top of each other. Wi-Fi is strong, which was handy with 7 of us often on at the same time. Nearby is a variety of good restaurants, all within an easy walk. We went into Sandyport Resort a couple of times, but one of our favourite meals was at the no frills Nesbitts just a couple of mins walk. A white sandy beach is either side of the villa, it was quite breezy for our week but in calmer times would be a lovely place to relax. We had an amazing time on the Oasis Ocean 007 charter boat tour to Rose Island and the swimming pigs. Also connected with Errol so there is a discount if you stay at the villa. A really good 4 hr tour ending up at their private beach club, we had the best time. Crew were loads of fun and made our trip! Property Manager Nisha looks after you very well as does Lamont (driver) and housekeeper Sydney. A great team, very responsive. Press book now, you won’t regret it!

Great for groups!

We had a group of 14 adults stay at Panorama for my 50th birthday. I booked the trip 9 months ahead of time and immediately connected with the host Errol. Errol was super patient with me and my 75 questions prior and made sure we had everything we needed once we arrived and even thereafter. He even got some cornhole boards for us to use. The rooms (except the master, which is huge) were a little tight but were clean and comfortable. The outdoor setting and views are spectacular. The locations is great too. Very close to the airport and you’re within walking distance of 3 bar/restaurants and the beach so we barely needed to drive anywhere. Errol also referred Chef Denaldo Bain who was fantastic. Not only was his food delicious, but he might possibly be the nicest human being on the planet! He got all the breakfast supplies and drinks for us ahead of time as well as restocked as needed. We wanted for nothing. I even requested a custom lobster dinner and he nailed it. We never hired a chef before and I’m sure this has ruined us for always needing one now. It was soooo nice not to have to worry about cooking. He even cleaned up! Can’t say enough about our new friend Denaldo. Lastly, Errol referred us to a driver, Lamont Nixon, who was there whenever we needed. He didn’t say a whole lot but he did what we needed when we needed it so thumbs up to Lamont as well. Thanks to Errol, Denaldo & Lamont, this was the trip of a lifetime for us.
