This ranch style home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths (1 being jack and jill). It has an open floor plan, with very spacious living areas and split bedroom floor plan. Kitchen has large island that seats 4, dining room is open to kitchen and has a table with 6 seats. Living area also open to kitchen. Gas log fire place in living area. Master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom, large 2 head shower and double sink vanity. Bedroom 2 has a full bed, 2 dressers, and TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, dresser, desk, and TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 4 will have a full bed and dresser with large en suite bathroom. Extra room (bedroom 5) located off of the living area by double doors has daybed with trundle and dresser, this room is connected to Bedroom 4 through the large walk in closet. All bedrooms have walk in closets (1 shared between bedroom 4 and bedroom 5). Laundry room is located in hallway outside Master bedroom. Also in hallway is the powder bathroom and mudroom area. Outdoors there is a very spacious covered back patio with built in speaker system, masonry fireplace, lounge furniture, dining table that sits 4 people, standing outdoor heater, RECTEC grill and smart TV. Carport is connected to the patio that can fit 2 cars, extra parking pad outside of carport can fit 2 more cars.
