Choctaw Bay Getaway is a spacious lake retreat designed for big groups, with room for up to 22 guests in beds, a private saltwater pool, and direct access to Greers Ferry Lake. Completely remodeled recently with beautiful finishes throughout, the home feels polished and updated while still being comfortable enough for everyone to settle in and enjoy.



Spend the morning by the pool, hike down to your own private cove for swimming, fishing, or launching into the lake, and end the evening gathered around the fire pit. Ferguson's Choctaw Marina is just a couple of minutes away for boat rentals and even more time on the water.



The property includes both the main house and an attached Bunkhouse, connected by a breezeway through the carport. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, two laundry areas, and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, there's room for everyone without feeling crowded. The Bunkhouse is always included with your reservation and is never rented separately.



The rental rate includes up to 22 guests. Please note that pets **are not** permitted at this property.

ABOUT US, THE BOOKING PROCESS, AND FEES



~We're Ozark Mountain Stays, a small local vacation rental management company. All of us were born and raised right here in the Ozarks, and we're so excited to share our area with you.

~All properties are self check-in with a key code (check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM).

~Taxes, cleaning/supply fees, and a processing fee (varies by platform) are required with each reservation.

~Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

~No parties or events.

~Day guests are not permitted due to limited parking.

~Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Sound carries easily across the water, so respecting our neighbors is especially important.



CANCELLATION POLICY



~15% fee anytime

~50% fee if canceled within 30 days of arrival

~75% fee if canceled within 14 days of arrival
