Great Lake Front House with Outstanding Views and Private Beach Area

Custom built 4,200 sqft home w/ 130 ft of lakefront shoreline. House has 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, a library w/ sleeper sofa, and is Handicap accessible with an elevator (available upon request). House sits 400 ft from the road for maximum privacy. Floor to ceiling windows with a large fireplace in the main living area and an outdoor gas grill. A 1,000 sqft deck and crow's nest provide an outstanding 180 degree view of the "big water" section of the lake.

There is a walking path down to the pebble beach, and a neighborhood boat launch is located 1.5 miles from the house. Two marinas are located within 10 miles of the house providing a full range of rental marine equipment, service, and fuel.

Beautiful place, even nicer than the pictures. Jim provided plenty of information on the check in and answered all questions we had. The walking path to the lake is short and simple to use. Beautiful view from the top deck (see picture).The driveway is steep from the road down to the house. This is common in houses built onto a hill with cliff or lakeside views.

Family trip

We had a great trip. The water was high so we weren’t able to use the beach behind the house. The driveway is super steep which made getting the boat up and down the driveway really difficult. The house was nice and we had plenty of room.

Superb!

The house was possibly the best equipped place we have rented over the years. They had all the things to make cooking an holiday meal easy. The toys and equipment for children were helpful. We had a slight problem the first evening but the hosts responded very quickly and generously. It certainly was a wonderful stay for our family.

Greers Ferry in August

I believe this was the third summer we have rented Jim's house. House is great with plenty of room the 10 of us in our family. My grandsons ages 11, 12 and 13 love the bottom floor with the bunk room. We cooked dinner 2 of the 3 nights we were there and everyone enjoyed the spacious kitchen.

Lovely place

The house is beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Hosts were prompt and clear with communication. It is a long, windy, hilly drive back to the home and the driveway is VERY steep, but worth the efforts!

Lake House property

This is a superior home with an elevator especially for elder people! The owner is spot on for questions and replies fast! Lake view is spectacular with plenty of seating outside! Driveway down to house is fairly steep! One of our family members had a Miata sports car that sat low and he didn't have a problem with hill! We had 6 cars total! House was immaculate and had everything you need for a memorable stay! Plenty of kids toys and books supplied that kept our little ones busy!

Better Than The Bellagio

My family has been coming to this lake for 75+ years and the only thing we like better than a fun day in the sun, is coming back to a property that is clean, stocked, convenient, with full amenities and MOST importantly – owned & operated by a responsive, caring, passionate family. There is plenty of and if for some reason you run out or can’t find the exact utensil desired, Jim will respond IMMEDIATELY with a solution. Large closets, new carpets, clean bathrooms, great lighting, multiple functional ceiling fans, well-labeled switches, new appliances, lake amenities, multiple exterior doors for deck access, hot tub, in-line gas grill, close water proximity, flexible bed configuration, multiple A/C zones, first aid kits & extra cleaning supplies alongside perfect wifi/cell coverage make this property especially inviting. And…if you enjoy a fresh morning hike or CrossFit challenge…you’re going to absolutely LOVE the awesome trip to the top of the driveway! Already looking forward to next year’s visit and thank you again Jim for setting the standard in 5+ star service.

We loved this house!

Our family loved this place and would definitely book here again if in the area. The house was beautiful and very well stocked and equipped for our large group, especially the kitchen. The multiple decks made for quiet areas to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Best of all, the owners were exceptional communicators with any questions. We didn’t have any big issues but had some questions both before and after check in, and all of our questions were answered promptly…within minutes. We can’t say enough good Things about this experience!

Hidden gem

Brought the boat up from Texas. Had the whole family there. views were amazing and the lake was wonderful. House was in great shape and has plenty of room. Had a small issue of where to park the boat because of the steep slope of the property but we worked it out. We've been to 3-4 other lake getaways and this was our favorite.

Amazing place to stay

Motorcycle trip - Riding the Pig Tails

This property was absolutely amazing. Fantastic views of the lake from all three decks with ample tables and chairs for the five of us. The new owners furnished the house with beautiful comfortable furniture and new mattresses. (I slept like a baby) The kitchen was well stocked for our needs as we cooked our own breakfasts and dinners. We used the grill every evening which has a direct gas line to the house. No 20# tanks to refill. Jim, the new owner was great to work with, making sure we got into the house okay and if we needed anything. He was always available to answer our needs if we had any problems. I would highly recommend this house for your relaxing vacation. (Just don't take my week) Dean Olson
