This is certainly not the condition we expect a property to be in when a guest arrives. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the linens. The rental agreement and property information outline what is included with the reservation and what guests may choose to rent separately. We understand, however, how frustrating it was to have to wait for maintenance to deliver the sheets and towels after your arrival. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially given the potential safety hazard on the deck. Please extend my apologies to your family member — I hope she wasn’t seriously hurt. It's clear that the condition of the home did not meet expectations, and I take full responsibility for that. The broken appliances, moldy shower curtain, and other maintenance issues are not acceptable and should have been addressed before your arrival. I also appreciate your detailed notes on the kitchen and pantry — that’s incredibly helpful as we assess what needs to be replaced or upgraded. We’re already taking steps to address these concerns, including repairs to the deck, appliances, and light fixtures, as well as reviewing and updating our kitchen inventory. This property clearly needs more attention, and your feedback has highlighted some critical areas we need to prioritize.
