The spacious backyard is ideal for catching a breath of fresh air, soaking up the sun, and accessing the picturesque Sleepy Hollow Lake.

A couple quick but important notes on lake life:
✔ Ticks and poison ivy are native to the Hudson Valley and it is possible you'll encounter them in wooded areas adjacent to the house.
✔ The house is at the end of a cove which can accumulate algae which is not the most pleasant to swim in. The lake access is best used as a launch for the kayaks and SUP.
