I highly recommend this place the Marine, life, dolphins, birds, etc. were just amazing and lots of them and the views were stunning out over the Gulf of Mexico, excuse me, the Gulf of America, the shops and restaurants were all in within walking distance and the host were fantastic. Cedar key is a well kept secret in Florida.

Perfect location, nice comfortable accommodations and wonderful hosts!If you want to watch pods dolphins frolicking in the gulf this is the perfect place. We've gone to the coast many, many times over the years but we've never seen this much dolphin activity all day long! Tranquil location and just a short walk to all the shops/restaurants "downtown". Very family friendly accommodations and so much to do in Cedar Key if you love the water and fishing.The hosts are excellent, responsive communicators who really care about their guests comfort too, We'd definitely return and recommend this condo without hesitation.

The pool was cloudy all week. We did not use the pool. The roof was being replaced all week. It was loud and they blocked the drive to park. The sheets were not clean when we arrived. Overall, the experience was okay. My mom had to stay there during the day while I went to work and wish she could have used the pool.

The place was spotless and the views were stunning. Communication with the owner/rental company is AI, no human. The beds were comfortable except something outside the window was banging all night long. We had to use earplugs and sleep with our pillows over our heads.

We had a wonderful few days in Cedar Key. Our waterfront condo could not have been better. We had an issue with the front door and management was very prompt with resolving this problem. We will definitely come back to Cedar Key and hopefully stay in this same condo. It is well done and very comfortable!

Nice relaxing weekend with family

Met our family there for the weekend. Wanted a spot on the water and did this deliver! Right on the water, lots of dolphin watching; fishing from the shore and walkable to shops, restaurants and the park. Brought my beach bike and rode all around downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Great location, very clean and spacious.

Should consider renaming room to dolphin cove!

The condo and property were neat and clean. The balcony overlooked the bay where we watched a pod of up to fifteen dolphins every morning and evening! Close proximity to all restaurants. We really enjoyed the quaint little town.

Well-kept, quiet waterfront property. Great view from balcony. Location convenient to public beach and quaint downtown. Most people get around on rented golf carts. Town is still recovering from 2024 hurricane. Most restaurants and bars only open Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday.
