Pigeon Forge is waiting for you at this lovely 2-bedroom condo! Mountain View Condos unit 5102 (Ground Floor!) has been recently renovated, and sits in the heart of Pigeon Forge, near the Grand Majestic Theater and just over 3 miles from Dollywood! Free parking and WiFi are available onsite during your stay. Enjoy the indoor or outdoor pool, hot tub and private check-in and check-out.

Offering a patio and mountain views, this spacious condo includes two bedrooms with king beds, a living room, cable flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms including a jacuzzi tub. Towels and bed linens are included. There is also an outside seating area and gas fireplace.

Amenities
This unit is conveniently located on the ground floor with parking just a few steps away. Amenities include an outdoor pool with splash area, indoor pool and hot tub. There is a basketball and volleyball court, shuffleboard, corn hold toss, horseshoes, playground, picnic tables, BBQ grills and a walking track.

The Condo
Enjoy 2 bedrooms featuring king size beds and a pull out sofa (queen) in the living room (3 beds total). Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Relax in the evening in front of the flat screen TV. The full kitchen features granite countertops, dishwasher, ice maker in the fridge and a coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6, and an additional bar area seats three. The space also includes an electric fireplace, ceiling fans, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

What is included during our stay?
We provide clean linens for the beds and towels including bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, wash cloths and pool towels. Each bathroom has 2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker and a toaster.

Additional information
This unit does not allow pets.
The complex has charcoal grills for your use.
The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day (late May) through Labor Day (early September).
Check-in time is 4 p.m., check-out time is 10 a.m.

We really enjoyed this condo, it was clean quiet and comfortable. We really liked it being on the main level with a covered patio and a nice little yard. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It is situated on the bottom floor and is just feet from a playground, a walking trail, and the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. The king beds were very comfortable. My kids said the foldout couch was comfortable too. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We couldn’t find pool towels, and the host was very quick to respond and provide them for us. The location is perfect! It’s right in the middle of the parkway and conveniently located to just about everything. Dollywood was about 10 minutes away and downtown Gatlinburg was about 20 minutes away. The island is about 5 minutes away. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts right at the entrance for a quick breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect Quick Trip

Very nice condo. Clean, nice accommodations, and convenient location in Pigeon Forge. Host was great, hassle free getting in on the first day and easy leaving process. Booked this last minute for a quick two night trip and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Getaway

Great property, close to anywhere you want to visit! Pool had WAY too many chemicals in it that the kids were all coughing constantly. The rental itself was great though! Would most definitely stay again!

Great weekend getaway

My family spent the weekend in Pigeon Forge to celebrate our daughters graduation. This condo was perfect for our needs avd in a grest location to everything we needed. Woukd definitely stay again. The hosts were very accomodating and made sure throughout the weekend thst we wre comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Cozy and Clean condo

Enjoyed our stay only issue we had was needing more towels ,i felt i was doing laundry alot (we take alot of showers ) so maybe 4 more would have been nice, and the entrance to get in and out of the condo was difficult at times when traffic was heavy and cars wanted to cross in all directions it was a little dangerous. But we really enjoyed our stay and relaxation!
