Consider this apartment your home away from home while you visit Batesville. This superb property features 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and shower, you'll have everything you need to freshen up after a day of exploring. The additional living room space offers a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. We look forward to welcoming you to our place, where you can enjoy a fantastic stay in Batesville. These Apartments are located in historic downtown Batesville, the oldest city in Arkansas. The apartments, built in the 1800's where formerly commercial buildings that have served many purposes over the years including being utilized as the Coca-Cola bottling plant. They are conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown attractions, nestled in a perfect little corner, right behind the historic Melba theater and right across from Maxfield park.
The Space
Apartment- Spacious 2 bed 2 bath furnished apartments with fully equipped kitchen, private laundry room, and outdoor patio area. This rental is located near an active railroad track and you will occasionally hear the train. They do not have a set schedule so it is possible that the train horn will blast during the night/early morning.
PARKING- Private Off-street, marked assigned parking located in the rear of the property, directly in if front of each units primary entrance (2 dedicated spaces per unit).
ENTRANCE- Private 1st Floor entrance (no stairs) with smart code for easy self check-in
WIFI- Dedicated WIFI in each unit, network and password in guest info/instructions binder.
LIVING ROOM- Pull out queen sleeper sofa, love seat, chair, end tables, coffee table and 65'' inch smart TV with several streaming platforms and a full complement of cable channels (also listed in guest instructions binder).
KITCHEN/DINING- Gas range (5 burners and full sized oven), microwave, full size french door refrigerator, Kuerig and coffee k cups. Fully equipped kitchen cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, cutlery, along with an assortment of pots, pans, measuring, and kitchen utensils. Bar seating with 3 stools located at the kitchen island. Additional dining room table with 6/4 chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM- King size bed, chair, 2 bedside table, 2 lamps, smart TV, walk-in closet with hangers and drawers, en-suite master bath with custom walk in shower.
2ND BEDROOM- 2 Queen bunk beds, desk, lamp, and bed side table.
2ND BATHROOM- Full bath with tub/shower unit.
LAUNDRY ROOM- Equipped with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hangers.
PATIO- Each unit has it own back patio seating area with a table and two chairs.
