Outstanding property! We enjoyed the location and the home had everything we needed. We were very impressed with the furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The golf carts enhanced our resort experience. Management was great and took care of every need and kept us informed. We will be book this property again.

The home and its contents were all in excellent condition. The hosts great and communicated to us all we needed to know.
The view from the back porch is a pond and golf course. The morning sun there is so nice!

Loved our stay! Home was a wonderful layout. Kitchen was fully equipped. Setting on the 17th fairway separated by a beautiful pond was an exceptional backyard view for the lovely back porch. Golf carts make navigating Sandestin property super easy. Heated pool and hot tub access was amazing. Hope to return.

This condo is in a great location in SanDestin. We have stayed in Laurel Grove many years, and the golf cart is a necessity. The neighborhood pool is a quick walk and a golf cart can get you everywhere else. The property manager was very responsive to our one need while there. The bedroom setup was great for having the kids upstairs.

Fantastic

My family and my I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this house! So peaceful and comfy! Beautiful outdoor area and so close to the pool! I appreciated how clean the house was and the kitchen was full of all the necessary items to make dinners at the house! Would come back again in a heartbeat!

Nice, but needs maintenance

Overall our stay was fine. The kitchen is very weak stocked it was easy to cook for a large group with the well appointed kitchen. However, there are several things needed attention. The master shower door has an issue. The drain cover in the upstairs shower is loose. Several toilets don't flush like they should. The window in one of the upstairs room is broken and it can't be opened. Also the golf cart we got didn't even go the speed limit of 23, it seemed old. Also while we were there we had a leak in the master bedroom. The management and owner were very responsive,but we had a home in the master bedroom for most of our stay. It would have been nice and greatly appreciated if we had been offered some rebate for our troubles.

Thank you for your review. We do ask if you have any maintenance concerns that you report them to us immediately so we can address the issue. We were notified of the water leak and had it repaired and cleaned up withing a couple hours. We brought a gift certificate to the family member staying in the property at the time and we were assured it was appreciated. We had offered to move the guests to a different property in Laurel Grove, however the offer was declined and we were assured with the water leak being fixed that they preferred to stay at this house as it was spacious and met all their needs. As you didn't report any other issues we had no idea that anything else needed repaired or that you were not 100% satisfied. Thank you for the information we will look into the other items.

Memorial Weekend in Laurel Grove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Laurel, Grove, 1322 was a beautiful home. The location was perfect! The children loved feeding the turtles, and we all enjoyed being near the golf course. The house was beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room, the bunkbeds upstairs were perfect for the children. Having the golf carts to get around the resort were an excellent amenity. The only issue we had with the refrigerator was addressed promptly and corrected in a very timely fashion. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. Getting the golf cart keys took no time. Overall this was a wonderful stay, the house was perfection, and booking, and dealing with have travel memories was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
