Pool is open June through September. The hot tub is open year round. Three bedrooms and a full bath with a tub are just five stairs up, while an additional living/sleeping space, another full bath with a shower, and laundry facilities are five stairs down. The garage provides games, 2 adult bikes, and storage for beach gear. Cleaning Fee of $250 on all bookings. Owner will consider a dog based upon size and breed for a $150 pet fee for 1st dog and $100 pet fee for second dog per stay or per week. Tenants are responsible to bring their owner linens and towels.
