Summary:

Located in XpuHa, home to the finest beach along the Riviera Maya, the house offers proximity to plenty of local attractions. Puerto Aventuras is 10 minutes away, while the beach (Considered the best beach at Riviera Maya) is just 1KM away (Beach Club access small entrance fee). Cancun Airport its 1hr away, Playa del Carmen and Tulum 20-25 min away. Our dedicated team ensures your comfort and a seamless stay.



The Space:

This spacious house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, complemented by a TV living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed . It can accommodate up to 10 guests, ideally 4-6 adults and 4-6 children.



Outside, the patio is ready furnished with an outdoor dinning table for 6, a small lounge area, and a pool to beat the tropical heat (4 chaise lounge in the pool area).



The house is very close from the club house, boasting a full gym and a semi-Olympic length pool.



Xalmar Beach Club is only 3/4 of a mile away and is accessible to our guests. There is a fee of $250 per adult, . close on wendsdays

The Neighborhood:

The Estrella de Mar community features top-tier amenities for all ages, including a dedicated kids’ clubhouse and an exclusive adults’ clubhouse, along with two swimming pools and a fully equipped gym, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Other Things to Note:

The outdoor pool is cleaned every 3 days from your arrival. During certain seasons, there may be more fallen leaves.

🏖️ **Beach Club Access**



During your stay, you may enjoy access to the beach club for a **$250 MXN cover charge per person**.



On **Mondays and Tuesdays, there is no cover charge**; however, a **minimum consumption of $500 MXN per person** in food and beverages is required.



**Children under 12 years old do not pay a cover charge.**



Advance reservations are required and access is subject to availability. Rates, hours and conditions are established directly by the beach club and may change without prior notice.
