Other Things to Note:
- There will be a $250 security deposit hold which is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way.
- Shared pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor day 10:00am - 9:00pm.
- Shared laundry facility and gym are open during office hours on, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- There is a smoke and decibel meter that will notify you via text if you reach the noise limits for our area, or if you are found to be smoking (cigarette, cigar, vaping, or marijuana) on the property. Please note that it does NOT monitor or record conversations, but simply the noise level and the presence of smoke.
