Diese luxuriöse 3-Schlafzimmer-Villa hat eine perfekte Lage, nur wenige Minuten von Disney und es ist in einer sehr schönen Resort-Grundstück mit mehr Annehmlichkeiten und Aktivitäten, als man sich wünschen kann entfernt. Die Villa ist geräumig und kann bis zu 10 Personen unterbringen. Es ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.

Die Villa verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler, und Annehmlichkeiten wie einem Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Mixer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett und ein en-suite Badezimmer (zum Schlafzimmer verbunden ist) mit einem großen Whirlpool-Badewanne. Good location!

The location of the stay was great. We took the kids to Disney and it was a short drive. The room was very clean! The pool was very fun. The only downside was the rooms were a little outdated but not something that would stop us from coming again! Overall a great place!

It was a nice place to stay for a week!

The only reason I wouldn't give this stay a 5 star rating is because it does get loud during the later hours bc they have a bar and some nights they do karaoke. Overall the resort stay was great and even tho we did Disney World the time we were we still used the amenities on our days when we came back early. Our kids are smaller 2yr and 5yr but they still loved it.

Christmas stay

We spent 3 nights at the property for a Christmas week trip to visit Universal Studios and the property was great. We had about a 30-35 minute ride to and from Universal, which wasn't bad considering the time of year for our visit, and the property is very close to a HUGE variety of restaurants, grocery, etc. We had 9 people with the youngest member of the group being 13, and there was plenty of room, including 3 bathrooms. Check in and check out of the property was pretty easy and there was no issue with parking. We would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Nice apartment, but too crowded of a resort

Other than the apartment smelling a little musty it was very nice. For the number of units in the resort, there could've been another pool or two and it was tough at times to get a good seat by the pool. Also, parking directly in front of our building was tough when coming back early evening and on. The resort was a very short drive to Universal and Sea World. The area is very commercialized so there were plenty of places to go for dinner as well.

Pest control is extremely important at resorts with warm climates.

The first room we occupied was infested with millipedes. We killed more than six during the first evening, called the front desk and someone from maintenance came and spread the entrance of both rooms. I went to the bathroom during the night and saw another one and the next morning we killed more than 10. We were moved to another room the afternoon of the second day. The second set of rooms was located in another building and they were insect-free. The first night should have been free of charge. Our grandchildren were afraid to walk around in the rooms. This was the first and last visit to this resort.

Great Property, Great Communication, Clean and Convenient

We booked this property for our family of five (3 kids under 6 yo) while we visited Disney. The location was perfectly located a short distance from the most magical place on Earth, and an abundance of conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. The communication with the property manager was amazing. They are quick to respond, and very easy to work with. This unit has a common entry way, with two separate units inside. Perfect for a family like ours, or two couples or a family traveling with in-laws. The property itself offers many nice amenities. Our kids (and we did too) really enjoyed the pool (which is heated). There is pool side bar service, and a market / deli which serves anything you could want while basking in the sun and taking a dip. The marketplace also offers many items which any traveler could need, and has a small grocery section with staples like milk, eggs, cheese, etc. We would stay here again, and plan to if it is available on a future vacation in this area. Overall, this gets a 10 out of 10 in our books!

Nice staff, clean unit

Our unit was large and accommodated our family well. While clean, our unit was very "tired". While there we had to call maintenance to replace the weather stripping on the main door (this following a gekko in the shoes episode) and come repair the stove facing that fell in when I pushed the off button for the oven and it no longer worked. Overall, it could just use some TLC. Again, very clean and neat, though. The staff was very responsive, kind and helpful, so everything we called about was quickly taken care of by the resort. The pool facilities were nice, but very crowded and busy which made it almost impossible to find a beach chair after 9:00 am (lots of "chair saving"). If you are looking for a relaxing week by the pool, this is probably not your place. They have lots of activities and music at all times, so if you are looking for something to entertain the kids--great location.

Great spot dirty experience

The location of the property was wonderful! Very close to Disney Springs and close to WDW parks. On site amenities were nice. But, we were disappointed that almost every towel was dirty!! Dirt smudges, lipstick-looking marks, etc...on 7 out of 10 towels :/. And, when we checked into the room - a very large pile of trash in a clear bag (so you could see all the filth I.e. dirty diapers, food, etc) was left directly in front of the door so we had to maneuver around it just to get in. It appeared to be all the trash from the people that stayed prior to us. It was left there for two days! I finally had to go to the front desk to have it picked up :/ It rained on it (GROSS!) and raccoons tore it open and spread it around. We even had a raccoon chase us as we tried to get in our room one night :/ Only one of the bathrooms would produce hot water so 7 people had to cycle through one shower :/ The property manager needs to do a better job with housekeeping and cleanliness. I would probably stay here again to give a second chance because of the price and location.

Very nice place to stay, clean, easy check in and would recommend. The negative is our place was double booked. We actually had the second party enter one side of the room at 1:45 a.m. called front desk , they sent security up to assist the family. No harm, no foul but shouldn't happen...

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!

This was a perfect Stay! The room was excellent and WELL STOCKED...VERY CLEAN...but most importantly the BED WAS SOOO COMFORTABLE. We slept so well there and that’s the most important thing on a busy vacation, good rest. I would recommend this condo to anyone & everyone. We will most likely be coming back and bringing the family for Another Stay! Very clean. Comfortable. Centrally located. Well stocked. Beautiful view. Beautiful property. What more could you ask for?!

Great family location

This condo has lots of room in it and was excellent for our family. The pictures show the resort to be a little more luxury than it actually is, but still a great value for the money spent. Close to lots of restaurants and the Orlando area theme parks etc.
