4 bedroom 2 full/2 half bath vacation home is full of amenities. It includes 3 levels to provide quiet, comfort, space and privacy. There is enough parking for 3-4 cars. Walking distance to the large in-ground pool with chairs and umbrellas as well as a tennis court just behind adjacent townhomes. Bike or drive to downtown Bethany. Close to shops and restaurants.

The space

First floor offers large bedroom with sitting area and access to the patio facing the pond. Full size bed with a TV. There is also a half bath and full-size washer and dryer on this level. On the second floor there is a half bathroom. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and spices. There is also a toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker and a k-cup Keurig, kitchen table with seating for 6, 2nd diner table for 2, as well as a walk out deck with a table and 4 chairs that overlooks a pond with a fountain. The living room has a flat screen tv with wi-fi streaming and a DVD player. On the top floor, the large master bedroom is complete with a queen size bed, walk in closet, master bath with a shower, and a flat screen tv with Roku and a DVD player. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and the two additional bedrooms; one with a full-size bed, and the second with two twin single beds. 2 max. $300 non-refundable pet fee.

Per HOA, 7 night minimum. Saturday - Saturday rentals only!
Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Our cancellation policy states that the processing fee is non-refundable. If the guest cancels, guest will forfeit all monies if the unit is not re-rented. If the unit is re-rented, guest will forfeit 30% of the total rent due.
You will be emailed check-in procedures and your smart lock door code. No need to come to the office to pick up keys, you will go straight to the house at check-in.
