Summary:

➤ At least one guest must be 21 or older to check-in and an ID matching the name on the reservation and a credit/debit card is required at check in.



➤ Note: A refundable $100/per night incidental amount will be collected at check-in and released upon check-out (Card-only).



➤ No pets or smoking allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. A $500 penalty will apply for any violations.



The Space:

Note:- No daily cleaning service included. Linen refresh (new sheets and towels) available for $45 per request. Full cleaning during the stay can be arranged for $90. Please request at check-in.



No Outside Visitors:

Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this house rule.

Guest Access:

➤ All guests have access to the Gym and Fitness Studio, Beauty Center, and Tanning Salon located on the 6th floor, as well as the year-round heated swimming pool and sun terrace. Access to the on-site SPA facilities is just $25 for the entire day for our guests. Palms Place is conveniently located one mile from Las Vegas Blvd being close enough to the action, but far enough to enjoy a great night's sleep and free onsite parking.



➤ Palm Place Hotel & Spa is just a mile from the strip, and offers direct access to Palms Resort via The Sky Tube located on the 2nd Floor, where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, and even a multiplex cinema as well as the casino floor and slots. The location of this studio apartment is ideal for people who want to experience the true essence of Las Vegas, whether for business or pleasure.

Getting Around:

Aside from the shuttle service that goes from Palms Casino, Uber and Lyft are also convenient ways to get around the area costing $8 to get to The Strip, and around $10 to arrive at the South Las Vegas Premium Outlet for shopping and dining.



The free shuttle goes to and from the Strip (Ceasar's Palace) leaving from Palms Casino; it runs between 11 am and 7pm daily at regular intervals.



Valet Parking is free, and there is always plenty of free self-parking. It is important to note that starting from December 2016, parking is no longer free in the major resorts on the Strip (MGM, Bellagio...) making Palms Place a great choice to live your Las Vegas experience!

➤ This property is owned and run by a Nevada based company which is fully-insured and licensed and therefore all bookings are subject to 13.38% tax which includes 'Clark County Convention & Visitors Authority Tax at a rate of 5.50%, and Clark County Transient Lodging Tax at 7.88%. As of all bookings recieved from August 1st 2019, this amount is included in the room and cleaning fees as Airbnb's platform does not integrate separate taxation.



➤ Beware of listing from unlicensed renters that don't charge taxation as they are not legal and may not provide insurance in the event of accident.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Please be informed that there are cameras around the building. There are actively recording, CCTV's are installed for the safety of our guests and the hotel.
