Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was not what I expected. Parking looks like an alleyway. Home had sand and food crumbs underneath table. The bathroom in the hallway had a poor drain and the water was lukewarm. The shower in the master bedroom had built up dirt in shower tracks. There were broken shelves in the freezer. Water filter on refrigerator was on. The only thing that was amazing was the view.

Very nice, clean, comfortable beds, convenient location. Con is that there are no nonslip pads in shower or tub, very slippery and the toilet paper holder is only 13" off the floor and 4' in front of the toilet.

We had a great stay here. All of the check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The condo was spotless when we arrived. It was stocked with everything necessary that we needed for our stay. It was very quiet, and the beach views were amazing. We had 0 issues our entire stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

We ended up losing one night because of a flight being changed (two of us flew from WA state), but we ended up getting there by about noon the next day. Our check in was easy. From the start we loved it! Worked so well for the 4 of us. View was AMAZING! If we ever went back to Ocean City we would try to rent this unit again. It was very clean, perfect setting, and enjoyed our stay so much! this was my first ever VRBO rental and it was very easy. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions.

This condominium was the perfect place to enjoy OC! The location was perfect for access to the beach and restaurants. The host was amazing with equipping the condo with all the amenities you will need. Also, quick response for questions. The 4th floor level was picture perfect view of the beach! Will definitely stay here again! Can't wait!

We had the best time. I’ve stayed in OC for decades and this place by far was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. The view was fantastic. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The communication from day one was great. I will definitely be back. We’re already planning our next trip. 10 stars!!!!

The condo was perfect for the three of us. Everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable as were the rest of the furnishings. The view from the balcony was amazing, and I could hear the sound of the waves even with the windows closed, which I loved. The event we were attending was two blocks away so we were able to walk back and forth, and quickly and easily relax after the long days. So nice not to be in a hotel, even if it was just for three days. Communication with the host, and his agent was quick and easy, which is always a plus, cuz there are always questions.

Beautiful ocean view and Great beach access. Condo was large and fully equipped . Good location, quiet but still convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
