This location couldn’t be more convenient: Just 5 miles to Sullivan’s Island + bike or walk to Whole Foods, Shem Creek, and tons of Mt. Pleasant restaurants. Isle of Palms is 15 minutes, and 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston.

This 2-story townhome was renovated top to bottom with all the personal touches you’d want in your own home + a few vacation-home essentials, in a location that can’t be beat! Cozy, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need to kick back, cook if you want – bike to a restaurant if you don’t – work if you must (but we hope you won’t!)
Whatever your vibe, the brand new backyard hot tub is here to ensure you get some time to relaaaax after your hole-in-one on the putting green.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant this property is only 15 minutes from Sullivan’s Island, and conveniently located near everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer including shops, amazing restaurants, and great nightlife. You can take a short walk or bike ride to check out the old Pit Street Bridge, or to Shem Creek where you can dine out, or buy locally caught fish at Mt. Pleasant Seafood to take home and grill. Book a kayak or paddle board tour, catch a boat charter, enjoy the sunset… all these activities just down the road for you!
*The house is also located close enough to the Ravanel Bridge, that even during high traffic times, you can easily get downtown.
