AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. • Building amenities - Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use any building amenities without adult supervision.
• The pool and hot tub are closed for the unforeseen future due to construction repairs.
• Other building amenities may be closed or unavailable due to maintenance; we cannot notify guests in advance if maintenance closures occur.
• Please note that my building allows short-term rentals, but you'll need to sign a simple rental agreement that will be sent to your email.
