Situated on the 47th floor with stairs, our charming two-bedroom apartment is located at the Vida Marina and offers a luxurious living space and a gateway to the myriad adventures and experiences that Dubai Marina has to offer. Take advantage of the beautiful shared infinity pool, where you can unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy sweeping views of the city skyline.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a plush sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a connected balcony from the living room to the bedroom, perfect for unwinding.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second has a queen-sized bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Please note: Towel rental for the VIDA pool area is available at 50 AED per use.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
