The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800.
