The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a single sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the views.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances and essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

There is a fit-out taking place next door until September 10th, and some noise may be heard during the day.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Trident Grand is located in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residences side. The building is 7 minutes walk to the beach and the whole JBR Walk.
Around the area, you can enjoy and explore by walking or riding a Careem scooter or bike. If you are feeling adventurous, it is 5 minutes walk from the famous Sky Dive, with an open circuit for free circuit training exercise.

Nearby the area are a variety of restaurants with different cuisines you can explore on the JBR walk or have some fancy dinner in The Address JBR.

2 minutes from the building is a Choitrams grocery store, a Life Pharmacy and a small clinic accessible by walking.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Marina Walk is just 7 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 23 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 24 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
