Modern and tastefully decorated, the spacious living room features a comfy sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for two. The room features floor-to-ceiling windows that brighten the space and give access to the balcony that overlooks the stunning city views!
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.
The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a heavenly king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The large window in the room also offers lots of sunlight and a fantastic view.
The bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This area is home to iconic attractions such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, Burj Park by Emaar, Dubai Opera, Dubai Ice Rink, and Burj Plaza by Emaar. There are also plenty of great restaurants and bars, such as Social House, Gaia Dubai restaurant, Wafi Gourmet, KIZA Restaurant and Lounge - Pan African Cuisine, Atmosphere Grill and Lounge, LPM Restaurant and Bar, and The Meat Co. There is the cafe Shakespeare and Co. Al Saqr Business Tower for a more laid-back atmosphere.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station, the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station, is a 30-minutes away on foot.
DXB airport is a 20-minute drive away.
Dubai Mall is 15 minutes away on foot and 5 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa and the World Trade Centre are 10 minutes drive away.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
