The space

The home has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a
queen. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and with a
bathtub in both bathrooms. Full-length fitted windows allow for plenty
of daylight. There is iconic scenery from the apartment with views of
the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
The building is a 5-minute drive from the closest metro station, easily
accessible to The Dubai Mall, and a 15-minute drive from Dubai
International Airport. There are also many dining and shopping outlets
close to the building.

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and will have the apartment
to themselves.

Other things to note

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that you will automatically be charged The Dubai Tourism
Tax when making a reservation.

We are very happy to accommodate a same day check in. Kindly note: If
the booking is made at 2pm or thereafter, please allow us, up to 60
