Villa ASV-81 is located in El Gouna Ancient Sands area. A very relaxing theme that comes with a private heated pool and a private Jacuzzi, is comprising the main premise of the villa. Guests enjoy our hotel services of housekeeping every 2 days, room service, Netflix and free Wi-Fi.

Instructions:
- Please send a clear copy of the passport or valid ID for all guests at least 1 day before arrival to arrange entry permits. For same-day bookings, IDs must be sent before 3:00 PM (Cairo time), All guest IDs must be submitted to El Gouna Community for approval according to the community rules.
- Amount Should be collected 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation
- Guest will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival
- Location and entry code will be delivered to guest once payment is confirmed

- A USD 300 security deposit will be held on your credit card during your stay and released after check-out
- Guests may also be asked to provide a valid Egyptian residence or visit visa, where applicable.

Proof of relation may be asked to be provided to us (example: Marriage Certificate), Unmarried couples and mixed groups are not allowed
- Visitors are not allowed

Check-in time is 3:00 PM

Late check-in after 10:00 PM will incur extra charge of USD 20.

Late check-out will incur extra charge of USD 20 per hour.

Smoking is not allowed in all our properties.

Unmarried couples is not allowed.
