The King suite features a private bath with a brand new walk-in shower and balcony access for an extra touch of relaxation. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath equipped with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and streaming for your viewing enjoyment.

As an extra treat, find a collection of beach toys tucked away in the closet of the second guest bedroom, guaranteed to bring joy to the little ones. Additionally, we've included a Pack-n-Play for your convenience.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Beyond the captivating white sandy beaches and the welcoming Gulf waters, Seaside Beach & Racquet presents an array of amenities, including 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, 2 boardwalks, sand volleyball, a tennis court, shuffleboard, a sauna, and fitness center. Guests also enjoy access to outdoor grills and picnic tables.

Upon entering the property, drive past the guard shack, make the next right, and you'll find parking conveniently located between the tennis courts and Building 2. The unit is on the 2nd floor so you may use the stairs or the elevator located on the west side of the building. Parking passes, included with your reservation, will be inside the unit upon your arrival and should be prominently displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay.

This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.
