Our unit offers a cozy space, where you can gather with your loved ones, plan your adventures, or simply unwind and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether it`s a quick breakfast before a busy day or a delicious dinner to savor at the dining table.

The master bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and an ensuite bath. .
The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds.
The living room offers a twin size rolling bed.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit as well as a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and check in is 21 years old.

Paid washers and dryers are on the same floor. The laundry cards can be picked up at the front desk.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company). You can get 20% discount on the water sports and discounted rates on the chairs and umbrellas rental if you claim the offer before 12 PM each day.
