Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beachā€™s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Glad I was only staying one night. The place did NOT look like the pictures. Would not stay here again. The place looked old and well used. There was bright red blood on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The place looked and felt dirty. The nicest part about it was that the kitchen looked newer.

This property was not clean, smelled just terrible and had roaches. I have never given a poor review before but I was extremely disappointed with this rental. Parking was an additional 30 a day and you would think for that price the garage would be better. It was not a good experience at all.

I read the many negative reviews on this place. We needed a 2 or 3br for 1 night before we left on a cruise, and obviously our options were extremely limited in the Miami Beach area. This seemed to fit the bill, and so I booked with low expectations. As is most of South Beach, this building is older, and has it's warts that come with that. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the unit we were given was more than adequate. It was clean, the furniture was somewhat dated, but, in good shape. It was actually a 4 bedroom, although, one of the rooms had to be accessed through another. We had plenty of room for 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) to spread out, and I didn't experience most of the negative comments that others complain about. Not to mention, the price was great for the size we got. We were right on Collins, with a balcony overlooking the street. There is always a "you get what you pay for" aspect with a hotel, and I feel like we got a lot for our money at this place.

The pictured living area is not the property we received. The whole condo was dirty. The curtains had dirt on them the side of the walls covered in dirt and dust. Roaches were in the kitchen. There was little cookware and serve ware. The oven does not hold heat so it was difficult to cook anything. The beds were comfy however and it is a large space to accommodate a large group.

Our stay

Our rental unit was way bigger than expected. Tons of room for 6 adults. Beautiful view. Clean. We were extremely happy. Staff were very friendly. Pool area was very nice. Beach is incredible. Definitely would stay here again!

This hotel was a big letdown from the start. After a long 14-hour drive, we found not enough towels for our group and were told we had to wait until the next day. Laundry room closed at 4pm. No service room. Guests must get their own towels from the laundry, which is often empty. The room was old, with leaking A/C, outdated furniture, and a moldy carpet. The kitchen had no utensils, dish soap, or hand towels. Pool had broken umbrellas and few chairs. Gym and tennis courts were in poor shape, and the beach bar closed early. Staff was sometimes rude. Only the beach and basic cleaning were okay. We will not return.

Nice location

The first unit we were sent to wasn't cleaned properly prior to us getting there. The refrigerator was filthy on the inside and outside. The couch had crumbs and there was toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. I went to the desk and they gave me a different condo so we had to go up and look at that one then down to our first room to get all our stuff to bring it up to the other room and then back down to the lobby to bring the first rooms keys back...finally we could go up to our room.There aren't any vending machinces in the entire building and the one restaurant that is there just closes whenever it wants to. Furnishings could use an update.

Wedding large room needed

Stayed for my sons wedding. Nice 3 bedroom lbs with enough beds to accommodate our 7 family members. My only comment would be the couch isnā€™t very comfortable to lounge on it more for looks and the towel situation was lacking. We needed to ask for more towels and wash clothes. Note there is a coffee maker but no coffee me so bring what you need if you want it in your room. Nice big refrigerator.

Just location and space

The location of this accommodation is undeniably convenient, and the property itself offers ample space, which made our stay comfortable in that regard. However, the experience was significantly impacted by a lack of maintenance and cleanliness.The most concerning issue was the presence of cockroaches, which is unacceptable in any accommodation. Additionally, the beds made excessive noise with every movement, making restful sleep difficult. Various doors within the property had problemsā€”some didn't close properly, while others were difficult to open, adding to the overall feeling of poor upkeep.It is clear that a proper supervisor is needed to regularly inspect the property and ensure that standards are upheld. The lack of awareness or willingness from the owners or managers to improve their product inevitably attracts lower-cost, lower-quality guests, resulting in a continuous decline in standards. With better oversight and attention to detail, this accommodation could truly live up to its potential. Until then, I cannot recommend it without reservations.

Not a true veno

No wash cloths after asking many times, the first night front desk had no xtra towels. We only had 4 bath towels for 6 people (had to share) they said door was locked for towels. No dishwashing towels or liquid. Floors had food all over them. Carpets very dirty No papertowels or napkins. Water leak from somewhere in kitchen. Front desk said maintenance was not there. Very disappointed the worst Vrbo ever . However Thank goodness beds were clean!

Staff is very rude. My sonā€™s phone was stolen right in front of their guard. English is very difficult for most of the staff making communication very hard. You practically have to beg for clean towels. Swimming pool is amazing, it feels like bath water. So warm! They close the pool very early and made us leave the beach for a wedding which I think is crazy since we paid for beach access. The vibe of the place is a little strange. We would return if needed but would probably look for another place if possible.

Know before you go.

Let me break it down between the apartment and the building facilities. The apartment was clean and roomy. But there is nothing. You need to buy everything from paper towels, napkins, soap, body wash, shampoo, etc. itā€™s like moving into a new apartment. The TVs are old so canā€™t really AirPlay. The couches are old and the beds are uncomfortable. Four out of the 6 of us got sick there. Could be coincidence. The building is run down. A restaurant in there is never open, canā€™t get into the gym, the concrete by pool is damaged, the lounge seats are worn out and beyond uncomfortable. They enforce the two chairs per unit and itā€™s $15 per chair after that. And itā€™s $30 a night to park car. I spent 30$ on laundry because i washed their towels, took 8 hours to get replacement towels one day so i washed them myself and the blanked had body odor. The only shiny spot is Louieā€™s at the palm. Amazing Cuban food. At the beach. Again know what youā€™re getting into.
