Sit back and relax in the comfy living area, fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a dining area. Thereâs also a sitting area on the balcony should you wish to get some fresh air!
The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp, and wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, stove, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well!
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower head, toilet, and mirror, and complimentary toiletries and towels.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow late-night walks or stroll alongside the lake. Community retail stores cater to the inhabitants' basic needs, even available at close quarters. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
