The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a large dining table to accommodate four. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large balcony, so you can fully relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The master bedroom offers an ensuite with a king-sized bed and a secondary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest.

Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that there may be some noise from the road outside, as the building is located next to a main street.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.

Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

From Bahar, it takes roughly 21 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 13 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 18 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 7 minutes to The Walk JBR. There are many kid's friendly parks nearby where you can picnic.

The nearest station is outside Jumeirah Beach 1 and is connected to the T1 line. From there, you can travel to Dubai Marina and change to the MRed and travel to the Burj Khalifa.
Alternatively, Taxis and Uber are available for hire.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
