Casa Adobe, a charming southwest adobe-style home, nestles in a tranquil residential neighborhood. This lovingly furnished and decorated retreat is an invitation to comfort and relaxation. Lounge at the pool or immerse yourself in the in-ground hot tub. Restaurants, shops, and the National Park are a short distance away. Casa Adobe boasts an open layout, encompassing a kitchen, living and dining area, four bedrooms accompanied by two full baths. Property also includes a garage for one small car.

There is a small 2 car garage for your parking.

Guest access
-No garage remote provided please kindly use the control panel in the garage.

-Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property.

Please be kindly noticed that all extra guest should be approved by host before arrival and they will need to leave the property by 10pm quiet hours. Any unapproved visitors will be charged $200 per person according to house rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if any questions.

-Air Conditioner
May through October we ask that guests not lower the AC below 72F.

-Oven
Please make sure to turn on the vent while using the oven. The fan button is on the hood, otherwise the carbon alarm will ring.

-Smart TV
We have smart TVs in the house, please connect with your account. Local channels are available.

-Optional Service
****Jacuzzi heating: $100 deposit for use of jacuzzi. A 3 hour operating time limit per day for heated jacuzzi after that you will be charged per gallon of propane use. Pool equipment is pre-set please do not touch pool equipment.(Pool is heated 80 degrees February through March included in the rental fee). Weather, length of reservation and other environmental factors may prevent pool from achieving your desired temperature.

-Jacuzzi
Please do not put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guest will take all liability and responsibility for your own safety.

-Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent's present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability for your own and your guests safety.

*Please note that the pool service is every Thursday.

-Yard Service and Trash
Yard service is every Thursday.
Trash service - someone will be by on Thursday to pull the trash to the curb and Friday to bring it back in the yard.

-Dishes
Please load and start the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash.

-Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's not your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests (contact information attached above in the emergency contact section).

Please leave the house in a neat and tidy condition. Thank you for your consideration.

-Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if there is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP.

-Security Camera
There is a security camera facing the drive way and also the courtyard.

-Pets
We love animals as much as anyone. But due to allergies among some of the guests, we have couch slips available for the couches. No pets on beds or furniture. Please clean up after pets. All waste must be picked up and disposed of. $60 will be charged for special cleaning fee per pet. You are required to disclose before booking if you have a service animal. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. Dogs only.

-No Smoking
Smoking (Include E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put it in the outdoor trash can. If above is not maintained we will charge $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. I appreciate your cooperation.

-Checking out
Please check out of our rental by 10:00AM. Checking out by this ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. For any late check out we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 20 minutes and half rate if it exceeds one hour.

Other things to note
WILDLIFE: The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice, and bugs-it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals might run in. There are rattle snakes, scorpions and spiders. There is a dry riverbed on the property, coyotes, javelinas and other wildlife use. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a reminder that we are in the desert. We are happy to have a creature relocated if you find it a threat.
