Casa Gris is a nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2 bath with den in Oro Valley situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of the pristine Monterra community. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The den includes a beautiful mountain view from the desk, perfect for home officing.
The Monterra community has access to Naranja Park from the neighborhood, which includes pickleball courts, a dog park, an archery range, walking trails, and more. Catch a paved path to biking The Loop bike trail from the community. Enjoy the wonderful weather outdoors, soak up the sun in the spool. Take your work outside on the covered patio, or relax in the peaceful yard. Have an evening fire by the wood-burning fireplace. Kick back in the jacuzzi under a sky full of stars. It's the perfect way to unwind and forget about everything for a while.

So clean and comfortable

We've rented many times in Oro Valley and this was a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, but most of all the cleanest home we've ever found. Beautiful view of the Santa Catalina mountains with the nearly full moon behind them each night. The beds were so comfortable and it had everything we needed. Loved our stay!

We spent 4 nights at this wonderfully appointed property. Suzette has thought of everything. The primary bed is comfortable. The linens are pleasant. The kitchen has everything you might need to make a meal, which we did, a couple times. The property is full fenced which our two pups appreciated. They also appreciated the very walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed the spa-pool a couple of nights as well. We will definitely return to this property!!

Great house for having fun golfing in Tucson

The house was convenient to all of the places that we like to eat, play golf, and go to movies. Comfortable furniture and and everything was like new.

Quiet stay in Tucson

Lovely house with plenty of space and very enjoyable backyard. Very quiet neighborhood within minutes of fantastic parks and close to stores and restaurants. Enjoyed exploring a new part of Tucson.

Great location. The communication with the host Suzette was fantastic. The house is large and very clean. The outside areas are well shaded and relaxing. I've stayed in several houses in Tucson and this is far by the best

Really enjoyed staying at this property, the house was very clean and had everything you need and more, the spool was great we had never heard of a spool but what an awesome idea. The area has beautiful views of the mountains. There's several restaurants and stores for shopping close by. Our host Suzette was the best. When we had any questions she responded quickly. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit.

Great place in Oro Valley

We loved staying here during our 2 week stay in Oro Valley, AZ. The location was perfect! It was near bike paths, walking paths, grocery stores, and many other amenities. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Suzette was easy to communicate with. The view of the Catalina Mountains from the front of the house was fantastic and the backyard (with the spool) was so relaxing; a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Arizona weather.
