Good stay

Property was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house is a little wonky, and the hot tub is right on the roadside, but we adapted. Good for a couple nights, not we'd want to stay a whole week. Recommend adding a wine opener. :)

The house was great, comfortable and had easy access to the slopes! The bus is just off the main road from the house, which made it easy to get over to ski each day. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The hot tub is a great added feature that we enjoyed each night. The neighborhood is quiet but easily walkable to the downtown area for food and drinks. My one piece of feedback is that the online system used by the rental company is not very intuitive and made finding some of the check in and out details a bit difficult. That said, when I called the main office, they were always very helpful and immediately responsive.

45 idlewild

Very clean, needed a shovel, fridge needed to be fixed and tv needed more channels. Overall...very ,very nice. Great location and had everything you need. You can walk to town. We would come back.

Weekend in Winter Park

The location and neighborhood are great. The layout was good for our family and the kitchen is well equipped. The private hot tub was nice - though half the jets didn’t work. We would rent this property again but it may not be for everyone. The property is advertised as “New” but it is definitely not new. It has been partially updated but much of the property is dated and there were several minor maintenance issues. The hot water supply is not sufficient for 4 adults. The unit was not ready at the promised check in time.

Was impressed and pleased. The only comment we have is the big step up into the dining/kitchen area and the step in the main floor bedroom. My husband is 73 and I am 69 years old and those steps were a bit much. Suggest an extra step up Stay was excellent other wise easy access
