- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

The host was nice. House needs a little love. Some floors need work. Bathrooms were very small. Wish we had more than one towel each during our stay although a washer and dryer were at the location.

Property was welcoming to pets. Although the backyard was inundated with weeds, they had landscapers come take care of it in a few days. Would have liked a full length mirror somewhere. Also needs more tables/dressers in bedrooms. No where to set things, no mirrors. Bed and end table only. Except for master, master had a dresser. All the glass tables in living area could be a problem for families with children. One table was chipped and my adult son scarred his leg on it. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was workable. Tvs were great. Location is outstanding.

Spring Training weekend

We travelled to the area for Spring Training. This house was minutes from the airport and minutes to the ball park as well as other amenities such as Wall-greens and Fry’s. Perfect location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet.

Perfect location for ASU visit!

The location of the property is excellent if you need to get around the Scottsdale/Tempe/Phoenix area. Can’t beat the price for what you get! Host was excellent! Professional, prompt response time, easy and clear.The house is fine. We thought they chose some nice colors when they updated, but could’ve found a better handy man to do the work…. The backyard has decent space and is private but really would’ve been great if there was a little artificial turf and/or a tree/some landscaping/something other than rock.

Old remodel

Property was remodeled, about 3 years ago, it's a little beat up and weathered. There was no personal touches for staying there 8 nights. One set each of dingy, old towels, no extras. Zero cleaning supplies for kitchen, no hand soap just sanitizer. Bathroom fan didn't work and master bath toilet didn't flush. Backyard had old dog poop around and a couple busted up chairs. Carpets in bedrooms smelled and were stained. Not very clean, would not recommend. Only positive was it was close to park and easy to communicate with the property manager, who made sure to contact you to take out trash, recycling and not check out late.

had no heat 4 days out 6

Day 1 there were stained and dirty very light couches loose half-hanging towel rack, and a fancy shower we could no get help to figure it out until a plumber showed up 3 days later and fixed the Master sweet toilet took 30 minutes to fill we were going to overlook all this but the non-working heat that they promised would be fixed next morning was completed 4 days later We slept in our Clothes first two days on couches because it was not as cold in this area at night multiple calls no way for that amount of money communication was deplorable.the place overall was nice but the cleaning people need replace or clean some pieces better.

Just ok

Property management company is curt and up charges for everything yet expects the guests to put the trash and recycling bins out. ( on two occasions on different days). A/C unit on the roof runs continuously even when the weather is not warm. It’s loud. Only four coffee cups for a home that sleeps six guests. LPV flooring is separating in many places. The sheetrock ceilings have water stains and cracks. The Master bathroom is so tiny that you can not get ready for the day in it. Tried to put my make-up on and blow dry in bedroom but there isn't a mirror. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Overall it was ok but overpriced for what it is. The photos are very deceiving.
