Welcome to Scottsdale! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home boasts a private fenced off pool for safety, outdoor dining area with grill, and game room with arcade games to keep the kids entertained! Take advantage of the open living, kitchen, and den area perfect for lounging around after a long day of exploration in the city. This property is located just minutes from lively Old Town Scottsdale with fantastic restaurants, unique boutiques, and lots of nightlife. Book this getaway today!

With 3 bedrooms & multiple living spaces there's ample space to spread out & privacy when needed.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials necessary to prepare a meal!

Pool is fully fenced off for added safety measures.

You'll have access to the entire home & premises!

Scottsdale is a desert city in Arizona east of state capital Phoenix. It's known for its spa resorts and golf courses, including TPC Scottsdale. Farther north, trails wind through McDowell Sonoran Preserve, a desertscape of hills, rock formations and cacti. Nearby is Taliesin West, architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s former home and studio. Downtown's Old Town Scottsdale has 1920s buildings and 19th-century olive trees.

**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests' entire stay; at $55 per night.

Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.

While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

We decided to cancel our hotel and opted for this property instead. With my wife, stepson, and adult daughter, there was more than enough room. Of course with every rental there were a few minor issues that did not affect our stay. Having a full kitchen and grill were great and we took full advantage of them. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again the next time we are down that way.

The entire home was extremely cute and cozy! Well put together and this is coming from somebody that is very meticulous! The outside of the home does not do the inside justice at all! The only negative would be the host was sometimes slow responding but he always did! I truly had no issues with home! If you book this property you won’t be disappointed @ all!!!

The rugs could use a cleaning. The sliding door doesn't lock, and the extremely hard water meant that we had to buy water for drinking. This house could really use a water softener system. Also, the bathroom door in the back bedroom doesn't close all the way. We did not use the pool, but the back area looked really nice. the house was clean for the most part. and the location was great for us.

I have repeatedly tried to reach the host to no avail.The house was nice and had all the spaces we needed.But the pool would not heat, which I paid for and think I am getting a refund. Master bedroom sheets were full of hair. Master bedroom bathroom door did not close. One hairdryer sparking, tossed it away. Internet was horrible and they definitely need a hard copy of stay details including the internet password. Had to get back out to a restaurant to get on my gmail. Nice coffee station and TV's in every room though very hard to use. Again probably the internet problem. Great location in old Town and very quiet.

The house was excellent! We all miss Scottsdale already.There were some upgrades made to the house prior to our trip to king beds, a new couch and an outdoor fire pit. This was a wonderful surprise and made the house even better. There were 5 of us in the house and it was perfect and we had plenty of room.We did cooking at the house and I am gluten free so I loved that there was a toaster over and regular toaster so we could keep the gluten free stuff separate.The location was perfect. We are runners and we were able to run right from the house and get to multiple trails.The host was a great communicator and responded to my questions promptly. The house had everything we needed and everything worked wonderfully.We can't wait to come back.Thank you for helping make our trip a huge success.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed and clean home. We chose this home because of it's proximity to downtown Scottsdale and because of the pool amenity and we were not disappointed. Everything we needed was provided for in this spacious home. Kai was quick to respond when we inquired about the operations of the pool.

Great Location - Comfy Home

Stayed at this property with my elderly mother, my daughter, and her two children. It was a nice, safe property for the kids. We were able to have dinner with friends there, they could use some more utensils and pots, but it was manageable. The beds are comfy. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. There is an Albertsons grocery store nearby and it's close to Old Scottsdale and lots of restaurants and entertainment and shopping. Would definitely rent this property again.

Location was great!Unfortunately, the toilets, (certain areas of the) floors, window ledges, and showers were not cleaned well or at all, making it uncomfortable to use. After the dust storm last week, the pool was never cleaned properly, leaving it unable to be used - not the host's fault!Communication was really lacking. I didn't love having to get in contact with VRBO to get a hold of the host, but we managed after that!
