**Criteria for renters: For renters, they can access the Club El Tigre facilities for minimum stays of 14 days or more, paying the corresponding fee: - From 14 to 21 days: Adults: $1,183 and Children under 12: $592 - From 22 to 30 days: Adults: $1,554 and Children under 12: $777 "Currently, up to 5 adults with membership are allowed per occasion; the number of children is unlimited."
Temporary Membership Benefits: - Access to the Sports Club (group classes included) Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Access to the Beach Club within the Playa Royale Condominium. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Access to the wet areas of the Hacienda del Paraíso Spa located in the Clubhouse. Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Use of a towel ($200 pesos in case of loss). - Discount on the Green Fee based on the season.
Note: This fee does not grant access to or use of Paradise Village Hotel facilities, such as the pool area, beach, activities, etc. It also does not provide discounts on food and beverages.
The cleaning fee covers the end-of-stay cleaning service. If you require additional cleaning services, they will be provided at an extra cost. For stays of more than one month, a bi-weekly cleaning service is offered. During your stay, it is important to follow and respect the Grand Marina Villas rules, which will be posted throughout the property.
